OFFICE COORDINATOR
Position Available
We have an immediate position available for an Office Coordinator:
The Office Coordinator will spend the majority of their time doing the following:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in office
Direct visitors to appropriate location/employee
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is clean, organized and presentable
Maintain conference rooms, Cafe and supply rooms organized
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Distribute company-wide email messages as necessary
Update calendars, schedule appointments, arrange travel as necessary
Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
Miscellaneous onboarding tasks as it relates to new employees (key card activation, employee picture taking, etc.)
Order catering for events, reserve and prepare conference rooms
Update phone list, company vendor list, seating chart, etc. with new hires
Tracking of employee birthdays and important anniversaries (obtaining cards and cakes as needed)
Order company supplies/vendor liaison
Assist with company events.
Additional Roles and Responsibilities:
Participate in the Culture Committee
Schedule interview appointments as requested
Assist account teams with press clippings and other admin work required on accounts
Ideal Candidate will have:
A winning smile and “can do” attitude
College Degree or equivalent with 2-3 years office experience.
Advanced computer efficiencies in Microsoft Office products.
Fantastic attitude demonstrating confidence and positive approach to any and all opportunities to please clients.
Strong initiative and work ethic
Works well under pressure, good multi-tasker and ability to prioritize.
Desire to be on a team, work together to achieve center goals and deliver 5 star customer service everyday!
High standard of personal presentation, approachable, and demonstrates flexibility.
THE PUBLIC RELATIONS ACCOUNT COORDINATOR
Position Available
The Public Relations Account Coordinator will spend the majority of his or her time doing the following:
Provide account support. This means writing and distributing of press releases, maintaining media databases, compiling and writing status and activity reports, conducting media outreach, organizing press trips and individual visits and assisting with events
Track media coverage, monitor the results, and present them to the client in timely fashion
Fulfill requests from the media
Assist to develop, plan and implement PR programs for our clients
Coordinate aspects of press trips such as target list development and invites
Pitch to the media to secure placements for our clients
Contribute to and initiate ideas for programs, stories and special events
Write and edit press releases and special editorial copy, and handle media list creation and the distribution of press releases
Coordinate editorial calendar listings and lead generation services, and pitch stories to appropriate media
Develop an understanding of our clients’ business - their competition, industry issues, and how they operate
Begin building media relationships
Participate in bi-weekly client conference calls

Experience Requirements:
Minimum one year of prior internship or job related experience in public relations, communications, marketing, journalism or related fields.
Luxury industry experience or knowledge is a plus
Romanian/English written and oral skills
Educational Requirements:
Minimum of an undergraduate degree (Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts) in communications, journalism or related field.
